EMMA is the private operations assistant for Sutton Roofing, a residential and commercial roofing company serving North Alabama. EMMA is used by company owners, sales representatives, and authorized crew members to manage client records, schedule appointments, generate estimates, and coordinate jobs.
EMMA is an internal tool. Access requires a Sutton Roofing employee account and PIN authentication. EMMA is not available to the general public and is not a customer-facing service.
With each authorized user's permission, EMMA integrates with their own Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) so that emails sent and calendar events created appear under that user's identity. No Google data is shared between users. Users may revoke EMMA's access at any time via their Google Account permissions page or by tapping “Disconnect Google” inside EMMA.
